摘　　要：目的:基于网络药理学方法探讨肝豆汤治疗威尔逊病吞咽障碍的作用机制。方法:通过TCMSP数据库检索组成肝豆汤的六味中药的有效化学成分及潜在靶点,并将所获的潜在靶点导入到Uniprot数据库进行基因名标准化;通过GeneCards、OMIM等数据库搜索威尔逊病吞咽障碍的相关基因靶点;利用R4.2.0软件获得肝豆汤与威尔逊病吞咽障碍的共同靶点;借助String数据库和Cytoscape3.9.1软件构建蛋白互作PPI网络,筛选出核心靶点;使用Metascape数据库进行GO生物功能和KEGG通路富集分析;结果:共收集得到肝豆汤的有效成分121个,相应基因靶点764个,威尔逊病吞咽障碍相关靶点3250个,共同靶点68个,其共同靶点主要富集于91个生物功能及118条信号通路上。结论:肝豆汤治疗威尔逊病吞咽障碍具有多成分、多靶点、多通路的特点,相关结论需要临床进一步论证。Objective: To explore the mechanism of Gandou decoction in the treatment of Wilson disease dysphagia based on network pharmacology. Methods: The effective chemical constituents and potential targets of the six traditional Chinese medicines that make up Gandou decoction were searched through the TCMSP database, and the obtained potential targets were imported into the Uniprot database for gene name standardization;Wilson disease dysphagia was searched through GeneCards, OMIM and other databases The related gene targets of Gandou decoction and Wilson disease dysphagia were obtained by using R4.2.0 software;the protein interaction PPI network was constructed by means of String database and Cytoscape3.9.1 software, and the core targets were screened;GO biological function and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis;results: A total of 121 active ingredients of Gandou decoction were collected, 764 corresponding gene targets, 3250 Wilson disease dysphagia related targets, 68 common targets, and their common targets The dots were mainly enriched in 91 biological functions and 118 signaling pathways. Conclusion: Gandou decoction in the treatment of dysphagia with Wilson disease has the characteristics of multi-component, multi-target and multipathway, and the relevant conclusions need further clinical demonstration.
