改良中药蜡疗技术治疗寒湿痹阻型膝骨关节炎疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:将改良后的中药蜡疗技术治疗寒湿痹阻型膝骨关节炎进行临床疗效评价,为进一步推广应用提供临床依据。方法:采用随机对照的研究方法,将100例寒湿痹阻型膝骨关节炎分成中药蜡疗治疗组和普通医用蜡对照组各50例,评价治疗前后患者膝关节疼痛VAS评分、Lysholm膝关节功能评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组均可明显缓解患者关节疼痛,改善患者生活质量,治疗前后VAS评分及Lysholm膝关节评分均有统计学意义;治疗组临床有效率86.0%,对照组临床有效率70.0%,2组间比较治疗组优于对照组。结论:改良后中药蜡膏制作简单、一人一份、卫生安全、价格低廉;技术操作便于掌握,值得推广应用。Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the improved traditional Chinese medicine wax therapy technique in the treatment of cold-dampness obstruction type knee osteoarthritis, and to provide clinical basis for further popularization and application. Methods: Using a randomized controlled study method, 100 cases of knee osteoarthritis of cold-dampness obstruction type were divided into a traditional Chinese medicine wax therapy group and a common medical wax control group, 50 cases in each. Functional score and clinical efficacy. Results: Both the treatment group and the control group could significantly relieve the joint pain and improve the quality of life of the patients.The VAS score and Lysholm knee joint score before and after treatment were statistically significant;the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 86.0%, and the clinical effective rate of the control group was 70.0%., compared between the two groups, the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion: The improved traditional Chinese medicine wax ointment is simple to make, one serving per person, hygienic and safe, and low in price;the technical operation is easy to master, and it is worthy of popularization and application.
