康复新液联合中医旷置术治疗高位肛周脓肿的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察康复新液联合中医旷置术治疗高位肛周脓肿的临床疗效。方法:将60例确诊为高位肛周脓肿患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,两组均采用中医旷置术,观察组使用康复新液冲洗后再用康复新液纱条填塞创腔,对照组换药时使用贝复济喷涂于创面,然后用浸有贝复济的纱条填塞创腔。比较两组术后第3、7d创面质量(疼痛、水肿、分泌物)评分,术后第7、14、21d创面愈合率及肉芽组织中羟脯氨酸(hydroxyproline, Hyp)含量,创面愈合时间及瘢痕大小。结果:术后第7d,两组创面愈合质量评分均较术后第3d明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组愈合质量评分较对照组降低显著(P<0.05)。术后7d,观察组创面愈合率、肉芽组织中Hyp含量与对照组相比,差异均无统计学差异(P>0.05),术后14d及术后21d,两组创面愈合率、肉芽组织中Hyp含量较术后7d依次显著升高(P<0.05),且观察创面愈合率、肉芽组织中Hyp含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组创面愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),术后瘢痕面积较对照组更小(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液联合中医旷置术可降低高位肛周脓肿患者创面愈合质量评分,提高创面愈合率及肉芽组织Hyp含量,缩短愈合时间及减少瘢痕大小。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with traditional Chinese medicine deprivation surgery in the treatment of high perianal abscess. Methods: 60 patients diagnosed with high perianal abscess were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 30 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) excision surgery. In the control group, Beifuji was sprayed on the wound surface during dressing change, and then the wound cavity was filled with gauze impregnated with Beifuji.The scores of wound quality(pain, edema, secretions) on the 3rd and 7th postoperative day, the wound healing rate and the content of hydroxyproline(Hyp) in granulation tissue on the 7th, 14th, and 21st postoperative day, and the wound healing time were compared between the two groups. and scar size. Results: On the 7th day after operation, the wound healing quality scores in both groups were significantly lower than those on the 3rd day after surgery(P<0.05), and the healing quality scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). On the 7th day after operation, there was no significant difference in the wound healing rate and the Hyp content in the granulation tissue between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05). Compared with the 7th day after operation, the content of Hyp increased significantly(P<0.05), and the observed wound healing rate and the content of Hyp in granulation tissue were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The wound healing time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the postoperative scar area was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Kangfuxin liquid combined with TCM decapitation can reduce the wound healing quality score in patients with high perianal abscess, improve the wound healing rate and the Hyp content of granulation tissue, shorten the healing time and reduce the
