摘　　要：胆囊癌作为一种常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病率和死亡率逐年上升,查名宝副教授根据多年临床经验认为湿热癌毒为患是胆囊癌发生发展的主要病因,湿为阴邪,其性重浊黏腻,与热相合,湿郁热炽,热蒸湿动,充斥三焦,积聚日久,酿生癌毒。脾胃为气机升降之枢纽,又为气血生化之源,湿邪易于阻滞中焦脾胃气机,导致生化乏源,正气亏虚。故治疗上在清利湿热毒邪的同时疏理气机,恢复脾胃运化功能;临证要辨别邪正盛衰,防止攻补失当,以恢复人体平衡为要。并附验案一则。Gallbladder cancer is a common malignant tumor, and its morbidity and mortality are increasing year by year. According to many years of clinical experience, associate professor ZHA Mingbao believes that damp-heat cancer poison is the main cause of gallbladder cancer. Sticky and sticky, combined with heat, dampness and hotness, heat steaming and dampness moving, filling the triple burner, accumulating for a long time, producing cancerous poison. The spleen and stomach are the hub for the ascending and descending of Qi, and the source of Qi and blood biochemistry. Dampness can easily block the spleen and stomach Qi in the middle burner, resulting in lack of biochemical sources and deficiency of righteous Qi. Therefore, in the treatment, while clearing away dampness, heat and toxins, it is necessary to regulate the movement of Qi and restore the function of the spleen and stomach. In clinical practice, it is necessary to distinguish the ups and downs of the evils, to prevent improper attack and tonic, and to restore the balance of the human body. A test case is attached.
