寒凝血瘀型子宫内膜异位症与五态人格、体质相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:辨析寒凝血瘀证型子宫内膜异位症与五态人格、体质的相关性。方法:将纳入的147例患者根据子宫内膜异位症中医证候分型行分组,寒凝血瘀证患者为101例,非寒凝血瘀证患者为46例。建立信息数据库,运用统计软件对收集合格的数据进行分析。结果:寒凝血瘀型患者五态人格维度明显低于全国女性常模,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);子宫内膜异位症患者中医体质分类中病例数分布前三的体质为阳虚质52例,气虚质18例,湿热质17例;寒凝血瘀型子宫内膜异位症偏颇体质患者的太阳人格、少阳人格、阴阳和平人格维度得分均低于平和体质患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。阴阳和平人格维度得分与气虚体质、痰湿体质、特禀体质负相关(P<0.05);少阴人格维度得分与特禀体质负相关(P<0.05);太阴人格维度得分与阴虚体质、气虚体质、湿热体质、气郁体质正相关(P<0.05),与和平体质负相关(P<0.05)。结论:寒凝血瘀型子宫内膜异位症患者与阴性人格、偏颇体质存在相关性。Objective: To analyze the correlation between endometriosis of cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome and the five states of personality and constitution. Methods: The 147 included patients were grouped according to the TCM syndrome types of endometriosis, 101 patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome, and 46 patients with non-cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome. Establish an information database and use statistical software to analyze the collected and qualified data. Results: The five-state personality dimension of patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis type was significantly lower than the national female norm, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01, P<0.05);the number of cases in the TCM constitution classification of endometriosis patients was distributed in the top three 52 cases had Yang-deficiency constitution, 18 cases had Qi-deficiency constitution, and 17 cases had damp-heat constitution. The scores of sun personality, Shaoyang personality, Yin-Yang and peace personality dimensions of patients with endometriosis of cold coagulation and blood stasis type were all higher than those of mild constitution patients. Low, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The yin-yang and peaceful personality dimensions were negatively correlated with Qi-deficiency constitution, phlegm-dampness constitution, and special constitution(P<0.05);the score of Shaoyin personality dimension was negatively correlated with special constitution(P<0.05);Physical constitution, damp-heat constitution, and stagnant qi constitution were positively correlated(P<0.05), and negatively correlated with peaceful constitution(P<0.05). Conclusion: The patients with endometriosis of cold blood stasis type are correlated with negative personality and biased constitution.
