针刺治疗抗精神病药物所致便秘的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察临床中针刺对抗精神病药物所引起的便秘的治疗效果。方法:将140例入组患者按照性别、年龄随机分为2组,其中对照组予口服西药乳果糖口服液治疗,治疗组根据中医辨证予针刺治疗,通过观察两组患者的排便情况、临床有效率、中医症候积分、不良反应发生率及便秘患者生活质量评估表(PAC-QOL)评分变化情况来评估其临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者的排便情况明显改善,总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);不良症状发生率方面,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);经治疗后治疗组中医症候积分、PAC-QOL评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺在抗精神病药物引起的便秘治疗上具有较好的临床效果。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on constipation caused by antipsychotic drugs. Methods: 140 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups according to gender and age. The control group was treated with oral western medicine lactulose oral liquid, and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture according to TCM syndrome differentiation. Effective rate, TCM symptom score, incidence of adverse reactions and changes in the scores of the Patient with Constipation Quality of Life(PAC-QOL) score were used to evaluate the clinical treatment effect. Results: The defecation situation of patients in the treatment group was significantly improved, and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);in terms of the incidence of adverse symptoms, the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment, the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group, PAC-QOL scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture has a good clinical effect in the treatment of constipation caused by antipsychotic drugs.
