摘　　要：目的探讨罗氏内异方与短效口服避孕药在Ⅳ期卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者的术后维持治疗中是否具有同等的临床应用价值。方法选取Ⅳ期卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿病例共118例,口服避孕药组54例,罗氏内异方组64例,在术前1 d及术后2、4、6、8个月5个时间点分别监测糖类抗原125(CA-125)、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)、抗苗勒管激素(AMH),并计算术后8个月时的复发率,将各观察指标进行两组间统计学比较分析。结果罗氏内异方组和口服避孕药组的术后CA-125、VAS疼痛评分、AMH等指标的术后8个月连续测量资料的整体趋势比较均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组术后半年的复发率比较也差异无统计学意义(P=0.530)。两组均无严重不良反应事件发生。结论罗氏内异方在Ⅳ期卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿术后8个月的维持治疗中具有和口服避孕药同等的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the efficacies of Luo′s Endometriosis Formula and combined oral contraceptives on postoperative maintenance treatment for patients with StageⅣovarian endometriomas.Methods A total of 118 cases with StageⅣovarian endometriomas were enrolled in this study,including 54 patients in the combined oral contraceptive group and 64 patients in the Luo′s Endometriosis Formula group.Carbohydrate antigen 125(CA-125),visual analog scale(VAS)scores and antimullerin hormone(AMH)were monitored before surgery,2 months after surgery,4 months after surgery,6 months after surgery and 8 months after surgery.Recurrence rate 8 months after surgery was calculated.Results There was no statistical difference in the overall trend of postoperative CA-125,VAS score,AMH 8 months after surgery between Luo′s Endometriosis Formula group and the combined oral contraceptive group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups 8 months after operation(P=0.530).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Luo′s Endometriosis Formula has the same clinical application value as combined oral contraceptives in the maintenance treatment of 8 months after cystectomy of ovarian endometriomas.
