夹脊穴温针灸联合Proxomed Tergumed系统康复训练对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后康复的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨通过表面肌电图技术观察夹脊穴温针灸联合Proxomed Tergumed系统康复训练对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后康复的影响。方法选择腰椎间盘突出症术后患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组50例与对照组50例。对照组患者于术后采用Proxomed Tergumed系统康复训练,观察组患者在Proxomed Tergumed系统康复训练基础上结合夹脊穴温针灸治疗。两组疗程4周。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前、治疗2周和治疗4周视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)和日常生活活动能力(ADL),及治疗前和治疗4周腰椎表面肌电分析变化。结果观察组总有效率(90.00%)高于对照组(72.00%)(P<0.05)。两组治疗2周和治疗4周VAS评分低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗2周和治疗4周VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗2周和治疗4周ODI评分低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗2周和治疗4周ODI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗2周和治疗4周ADL评分高于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗2周和治疗4周ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗4周IEMG、MF和RMS高于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗4周IEMG、MF和RMS高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论夹脊穴温针灸联合Proxomed Tergumed系统康复训练对腰椎间盘突出症术后康复效果明显,可明显减轻疼痛,改善腰椎功能和日常生活活动能力,提高腰椎多裂肌肌力。Objective To investigate the effect of warm acupuncture at Jiaji points combined with Proxomed Tergumed system rehabilitation training on postoperative rehabilitation of lumbar disc herniation through surface electromyography.Methods A total of 100 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were selected.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into 50 cases in the observation group and 50 cases in the control group.Patients in the control group received Proxomed Tergumed system rehabilitation training after surgery,and patients in the observation group were treated with warm acupuncture at Jiaji points on the basis of Proxomed Tergumed system rehabilitation training.The treatment course of the two groups was 4 weeks.The clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared,and changes in visual analogue scale(VAS),Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)and activities of daily living(ADL)and lumbar surface electromyography were compared before treatment,at 2 weeks of treatment and at 4 weeks of treatment;and lumbar surface electromyography were compared before treatment and at 4 weeks of treatment.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(90.00%)was significantly higher than control group(72.00%,P<0.05).After treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks,the VAS scores in the both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05);while they were significantly lower in the observation group than control group(P<0.05).After treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks,the ODI scores in the both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05);while it was significantly lower in the observation group than control group(P<0.05).After treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks,the ADL scores in the both groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05);while they were significantly higher in the observation group than control group(P<0.05).After treatment for 4 weeks,the IEMG,MF and RMS in the both groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05);while t
