摘　　要：数字技术与医疗健康服务的融合正改变医疗服务模式,给医疗行业带来了无限可能,也迎来了新的发展机遇。通过对上海市医疗健康数字化的建设现状进行分析,阐述了上海市医疗健康数字化转型中面临的挑战,提出了提高医疗技术和医联体紧密度的解决方案;并对推进就医新服务、医疗管理和区域共享方面提供发展建议。利用5G技术推动卫生健康事业朝数据融合共享方向发展,带动医疗健康领域转型升级;推进智慧医院建设,提升服务效能,提高管理效率。The integration of digital technology and healthcare services is changing the healthcare service model,bringing infinite possibilities and new development opportunities to the medical industry.By analyzing the current status of healthcare digitization in Shanghai,this paper describes the challenges faced in the transformation of healthcare digitization in Shanghai,proposes solutions to improve healthcare technology and the tightness of medical alliances and provides development suggestions to promote new services in access to healthcare,healthcare management and regional sharing.This paper also discusses using 5G technology to promote healthcare towards data integration and sharing,so as to drive the transformation and upgrading of the healthcare field;promoting the construction of smart hospitals to enhance service effectiveness and management efficiency.
