摘  要:目的:构建智能导诊单,优化多检查项目预约模式,解决门诊候诊时间较长、就诊堆积以及患者“多跑路”等问题,提高门诊就诊效率。方法:结合门诊就诊的实际流程,考虑门诊签到、患者人数分布、诊室楼层分布以及检查检验项目时间权重等因素,将人工智能技术应用到门诊就诊环节中,为患者构建智能导诊单。通过对预约模式的再优化,区分多项目预约队列和单项目专病门诊预约队列,优化预约模式。结果:解决就诊堆积问题,实现智能签到入队,缩短就诊等候时间,提高门诊签到率,构建“一医一患一诊”的门诊就诊秩序。结论:智能导诊单为智慧医院建设提供了一种切实可行的门诊就诊流程优化方案,提高了患者的就诊效率,改善了患者的就医体验。Objective To solve the problems of long waiting time for outpatient consultation, piling up of consultations, and patients running more than one way by building an intelligent guide sheet and optimizing the booking mode for multiple examination items and to improve the efficiency of outpatient consultation. Methods Combining the actual process of outpatient consultation with factors such as outpatient check-in, patient number distribution,consultation room floor distribution, and time weighting of test and examination items, artificial intelligence technology was applied to the outpatient consultation process to build an intelligent guide sheet for patients. The booking model was optimized by re-optimizing the booking model, distinguishing between multi-item booking queues and singleitem specialized outpatient booking queues. Results It solved the problem of consultation pile-ups, realized intelligent check-in queues, shortened the waiting time for consultation, increased the check-in rate, and built a ‘one doctor, one patient, one consultation’ outpatient consultation order. Conclusion The intelligent guide sheet provides a practical solution to optimize the outpatient consultation process for the construction of a smart hospital, increasing the efficiency of patient consultation and improving the patient experience.
