摘　　要：目的:基于医院HIS系统实现临床试验检查检验医嘱闭环管理,提高临床试验项目医嘱规范化管理水平及工作效率。方法:通过HIS系统非药品项目配置及医技系统项目参数设置,对HIS系统进行微改动,实现临床试验检查检验医嘱的开立、审核、结果查看等功能,实现闭环管理,同时实现临床试验项目绩效数据自动汇总功能。结果:HIS系统的微改造极大提升了临床试验闭环医嘱管理工作效率,减轻了医技部门及临床试验中心的工作压力,受到临床试验中心、财务处、临床医生及各医技科室的充分认可。结论:基于HIS系统的临床试验检查检验医嘱闭环管理实践具有“微改造、精提升”的效果和良好的推广应用价值。Objective To realize the closed-loop management of clinical trial examination and inspection orders based on the hospital HIS,and improve the standardized management level and work efficiency of clinical trial items.Methods Through the configuration of non-drug items in HIS and the setting of project parameters in medical technology system,the HIS was slightly modified to realize the functions of issuing,reviewing and viewing the results of clinical trial examination and inspection orders,realize closed-loop management,and realize the function of automatic summary of clinical trial project performance data at the same time.Results The micro-transformation of HIS greatly improved the efficiency of closed-loop medical order management in clinical trials,reduced the work pressure of medical technology departments and clinical trial centers,and was fully recognized by clinical trial centers,financial departments,clinicians and various medical technology departments.Conclusion The practice of closed-loop management of doctor’s orders in clinical trial examination and inspection based on HIS has the effect of"micro-transformation and fine improvement",and has good popularization and application value.
