摘　　要：目的:开发适用于新型冠状病毒肺炎隔离病区特殊诊疗环境的移动问诊系统。方法:分析隔离病区病史书写的要求和特点,结合病区内信息化基础建设的条件,充分利用医患双方的移动设备和网络资源,构建基于移动设备、运营商网络和在线表单的移动问诊系统,通过建立医患移动入口、设计智能表单和对接电子病历等方式,实现与医院现有电子病历的数据交互,支持快速高效地开展病史资料采集工作。结果:实现了隔离病区内床旁病史的高效采集,系统使用后入院记录的平均完成时间显著缩短,病史书写效率明显提高;现场采集的即时工作模式提升了资料的准确性,病史重复修改比例大幅下降,减少了工作人员的工作量。结论:移动问诊模式拓展优化了病史采集的空间和时间,实现了具备可操作性电子病历的移动化应用,是对更广泛的电子病历移动化应用的积极探索。Objective To develop a mobile consultation system suitable for the special diagnosis and treatment environment of COVID-19 isolation ward.Methods By analyzing the requirements and characteristics of medical history writing in isolation wards,taking into consideration the conditions of information technology infrastructure construction in wards,and making full use of mobile devices and network resources of both doctors and patients,a mobile consultation system based on mobile devices,operator networks and online forms was built,realizing data interaction with existing electronic medical records of hospitals in ways of building a mobile entrance for doctors and patients,designing intelligent forms and docking electronic medical records,so as to support rapid and efficient collection of medical history data.Results Efficient collection of bedside medical history in isolation wards was achieved,and the average completion time of admission records was significantly shortened,and the efficiency of medical history writing was significantly improved after the system was applied.The immediate work mode of on-site collection has improved the accuracy of data,and the proportion of repeated revision of medical history has decreased significantly,reducing the workload of staff.Conclusion The mobile consultation mode expands and optimizes the space and time of medical history collection,realizes the mobile application of operable electronic medical records,which is an active exploration of a more extensive mobile application of electronic medical records.
