摘 要:目的:提高儿童青少年近视预防和临床诊治效率,在社区、定点医院形成筛查、诊断与治疗的全程视觉健康管理体系。方法:基于物联网技术,采集专业机构、学校和家庭的近视数据,建立人工智能模型,促进近视专题数据资源开发利用。结果:建立面向全市儿童青少年近视防控领域的数据中枢,累积建档约320万份,累积屈光筛查860万人次,统计发现近视人数约68万人,全面支撑儿童青少年近视防控管理闭环的构建。结论:优化儿童青少年近视防控管理流程,持续规范诊疗干预方式,推动上海新时代特点的视觉健康管理服务模式的形成。Objective To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of prevention,clinical diagnosis,and treatment of myopia in children and adolescents,and to form a whole-course visual health management system for screening,diagnosis,and treatment in communities and designated hospitals.Methods Based on the Internet of Things(IoT)technology,the myopia data of professional institutions,schools,and families were collected,and artificial intelligence model was established to promote the development and utilization of myopia data resources.Results A data center was established in the field of myopia prevention and control for children and adolescents in Shanghai,with about 3.2 million myopia records,and 8.6 million times refractive screening,and 0.68 million myopia,fully supporting the construction of closedloop management of myopia prevention and control in children and adolescents.Conclusion The management process of myopia prevention and control for children and adolescents was optimized,and the diagnosis and treatment intervention methods were continuously standardized to promote the formation of a new visual health management service model with the characteristics of the new era in Shanghai.
