摘　　要：目的:开发与应用手术室综合运营态势系统,提高手术室综合运营效率。方法:以手术运营指标体系为基准,对接手术麻醉系统、手术护理信息系统及医院信息系统,构建手术室综合运营态势系统。比较系统应用前后首台手术开台率、连台手术衔接时间、连台手术麻醉衔接时间等手术室运营效率指标;探究管理人员、手术室护士以及外科医生等对系统的应用体验。结果:系统应用后,手术室运营效率显著提升,且外科医生、麻醉医生、手术室护士等工作体验满意度增加,管理人员的管理效率提升。结论:手术室综合运营态势系统可为管理者提供实时、准确的数据支撑,提高手术室运营效率,促进手术室持续质量改进。Objective To develop and apply the comprehensive operation situation system of the operating room and to improve the operating efficiency of the operating room.Methods The comprehensive operation situation system of the operating room was constructed based on the operation anesthesia system,operation nursing information system,and HIS.The operation room’s opening rate of the first operation,the connection time of consecutive operations,and the connection time of anesthesia for consecutive operations before and after the application of the system were compared,and users’experience,which included the managers,operating room nurses,and surgeons were explored by semiconstructed interview.Results After the application of the comprehensive operation system,the operation efficiency was significantly improved,and the job satisfaction of anesthetists,operating room nurses,and surgeons were improved,as well as the management efficiency.Conclusion The operating room comprehensive operation situation system can provide real-time and accurate data support for managers,improve the operation efficiency of the operation room,and promote the continuous quality improvement of the operating room.
