摘  要:目的:设计登革热早期预警系统,提高登革热早期发现和预警能力。方法:依托全民健康信息平台、医疗机构综合监管平台以及居民电子健康档案,运用大数据、自然语言处理等技术,整合多源异构数据,建设登革热早期预警系统。结果:构建了区域内完整统一的动态登革热专题数据库,基于专题库可开展登革热病例预警、症状预警、数据分析和个案流调等应用,可为疫情防控提供便捷、智能的信息化工具。结论:登革热早期预警系统实现了登革热的早期自动识别及监测预警,改善了传统疫情预警的被动性和滞后性,有利于登革热疫情早发现、早隔离、早控制。Objective To design an early warning system for Dengue fever and improve its early detection and warning capability.Methods Relying on the national health information platform,the comprehensive supervision platform of medical institutions and the electronic health records of residents,the early warning system of Dengue fever was built by integrating multi-source heterogeneous data using big data,natural language processing and other technologies.Results A complete and unified dynamic thematic database of Dengue fever in the region was built.Based on the special database,applications such as Dengue case early warning,symptom early warning,data analysis and case epidemiological investigation could be carried out,which could provide convenient and intelligent information tools for epidemic prevention and control.Conclusion The early warning system of Dengue fever realizes the early automatic identification,monitoring and warning of Dengue fever,solves the problems of the traditional epidemic warning such as passiveness and lag,and facilitates early detection,isolation and control of Dengue fever epidemic.
