摘  要:针对PTB系列气压传感器超差问题,文章研究了误差调试步骤,统计分析了误差计算过程,形成了一套基于串口通信方式的气压传感器数字量调差方法。以多点调试为例,通过实验分析,调差后的气压传感器经检定合格率达100%,该方法解决了超差问题,对延长气压传感器的使用寿命具有积极作用。Aiming at the over-tolerance problem of the PTB series pressure sensor, the error debugging steps are studied, the error calculation process is statistically analyzed, and a set of pressure sensor digital error adjustment methods based on serial communication are formed.Taking multi-point debugging as an example, through experimental analysis, the qualified rate of the air pressure sensor after adjustment is 100%,which solves the problem of over-tolerance.It has a positive effect on prolonging the service life of the air pressure sensor.
