摘　　要：为保障自动气象站稳定可靠运行,提高观测数据的可用性和连续性,文章基于Matlab编程语言,设计和搭建了自动气象站业务可用性智能统计平台,该平台可对国家级考核的自动气象站和浮标站的业务可用性进行统计和分析,并自动生成统计报表(设备运行异常告知单),减少了人工计算误差,提高了工作效率,进一步提升了业务可用性分析和统计自动化水平。In order to ensure the stable and reliable operation of automatic weather station and improve the availability and continuity of observation data, this paper designs and builds an intelligent statistical platform for business availability of automatic weather station based on Matlab programming language.The platform can make statistics and analysis on the business availability of the national-level automatic weather stations and buoy stations, and automatically generate statistical reports(abnormal equipment operation notification form),which reduces the manual calculation error, improves the work efficiency, and further improves the automation level of business availability analysis and statistics.
