摘　　要：文章介绍了广东省气象观测质量管理体系总体框架,并利用Matlab的GUI界面设计平台开发了气象观测质量管理体系文件管理系统。系统可实现对体系文件的智能索引和一键打开功能,提高内审员对质量管理体系文件的查找效率,进一步提升气象观测管理自动化水平。This paper introduces the overall framework of Guangdong meteorological observation quality management system, and develops the document management system of meteorological observation quality management system by using the GUI interface design platform of Matlab.The system can realize the function of intelligent index and one-click opening of system files, improve the efficiency of internal auditors in searching quality management system files, and further improve the automation level of meteorological observation management.
