摘　　要：文章基于当前的4G无线网络通信技术,利用发电机组硬件控制器和4G无线远程智能控制装置(DTU),构建远程控制设备和发电机组的通信连接,远程监控发电机组的实时运行状态,并通过电脑和手机客户端发送操作指令对发电机组的异常运行情况进行处置,对维护保障柴油发电机组稳定运行起到了重要作用,在实际业务应用中效果较好,提高了运行维护效率。Based on the current 4 G wireless network communication technology, this paper uses the hardware controller of the generator set and the 4 G wireless remote intelligent control device(DTU) to construct the communication connection between the remote control device and the generator set, and remotely monitor the real-time operation status of the generator set.The abnormal operation of the generator set can be handled by sending operation instructions through the computer and mobile phone client, which plays an important role in maintaining and ensuring the stable operation of the diesel generator set.The effect is good in practical business application, and the operation and maintenance efficiency can be improved.
