摘 要:采用共聚磷酸酯(EFR8601)和聚碳酸酯(PC)作为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的复配阻燃剂,制备了PET/EFR8601/PC复合材料,通过极限氧指数(LOI)和垂直燃烧试验、热失重分析(TGA)、流变性能测试、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、发泡倍率测定、差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了EFR8601与PC复配对PET阻燃性能和发泡性能的影响。结果表明,EFR8601与PC复配对PET具有协同阻燃作用,与纯PET和加入10%(质量分数)EFR8601的PET相比,同时添加10%EFR8601和5%~15%(质量分数)PC后PET的垂直燃烧时间大幅缩短至10 s以内,LOI增加到27%以上,垂直燃烧等级达到V-2级;随着PC含量的增加,PET的LOI逐渐提高,垂直燃烧时间缩短。EFR8601与PC复配对PET的发泡性能有一定影响,与纯PET和加入10%EFR8601的PET相比,同时加入10%EFR8601和15%PC后PET在230℃时的发泡倍率显著减小,但仍可达到20以上;随着PC含量增加,PET的可发泡温区变窄,但最佳发泡温度(230℃)没有变化;与加入10%EFR8601的PET相比,同时添加10%EFR8601和5%~15%PC后PET的泡孔密度增大,泡孔直径减小。PET/EFR8601/PC composites were prepared by using copolyphosphonate(EFR8601) and polycarbonate(PC) as a compound flame retardant for polyethylene terephthalate(PET). The effect of the combination of EFR8601 and PC on the flame retardancy and foaming performance of PET was studied by limiting oxygen index(LOI) measurements, vertical combustion tests, thermogravimetric analysis(TGA), rheological property tests, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), foaming rate determination, and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The results showed that EFR8601 and PC have a synergistic flame retardant effect on PET. Compared with pure PET and PET with 10%(mass fraction) EFR8601, the vertical combustion time of PET with 10% EFR8601 and 5%-15% PC was greatly shortened to less than 10 s, the LOI was increased to more than 27%, and the vertical combustion grade reached V-2. With increasing PC content, the LOI of PET gradually increased and the vertical combustion time shortened. The combination of EFR8601 and PC also has an effect on the foaming performance of PET. Compared with pure PET and PET with 10% EFR8601, the foaming ratio of PET with 10% EFR8601 and 15% PC at 230 ℃ was significantly reduced, but it still reached more than 20. With increasing PC content, the foaming temperature range of PET became narrower, but the optimum foaming temperature(230 ℃) did not change. Compared with the PET with 10% EFR8601, the cell density of PET with 10% EFR8601 and 5%-15% PC increased, and the cell size decreased.
