摘 要:有机小分子催化的不对称还原反应一直是有机合成领域最流行的反应类型之一,手性磷酸作为有机小分子催化剂的优秀代表,受到了广泛的关注,其中手性磷酸与硼烷的催化还原体系因其催化效率高,催化产物易纯化,还原剂廉价易得成为近几年来的研究热点之一。手性磷酸与硼烷反应可以原位生成一类新的手性磷酸硼催化剂,该手性磷酸硼被认为是一类新的双功能团活化的路易酸催化剂。该综述概括了近十年来手性磷酸-硼烷的催化体系在不对称还原碳氧、碳氮以及碳碳双键中的应用。Asymmetric reduction catalyzed by small organic molecules has always been one of the most popular reactions in the field of organic synthesis.As an excellent representative of small molecule catalysts,chiral phosphoric acids have been widely concerned.The catalytic reduction system of chiral phosphoric acid and borane has become one of the research focuses in recent years because of its high catalytic efficiency,easy purification of catalytic products,and the cheap and easy availability of reducing agents.Chiral boro-phosphate catalysts could be generated in situ from reaction of chiral phosphoric acids with borane,which is believed to act as a novel chiral bifunctional catalytic system.This review summarizes the recent advances in the asymmetric reduction of C=O,C=N and C=C bonds catalyzed by chiral boro-phosphate catalysts.
