北宋名臣赵概通判海州及晚年杭州四老会考述

摘　　要：赵概是北宋政治家、诗人,游宦经历颇丰,初仕即通判海州(今江苏省连云港市),离任后赴京任朝官,之后连任地方官多起,惟任职时间史乘不详或不确,以致行状缺漏;晚年从居住地南都(今河南省商丘市)千里赴知州赵抃邀约畅游西湖,多位好友前来诗酒酬唱,惟“四老会”成员存疑。结合传世文献考知,赵概通判海州及仕宦初期任职诸地方官大致时间,晚年畅游杭州西湖“四老会”成员分别为赵概、赵抃、吴天常和吴评。Zhao Gai was a politician and poet in the Northern Song Dynasty.He had a lot of experiences in traveling as an official.At the beginning,he was a sub-prefect in Haizhou(now Lianyungang City,Jiangsu Province),then a court official in the capital of Dongjing,and other local officials,but the exact time of serving is unknown.In his later years,invited by Zhao Bian,Zhao Gai went from Nandu(now Shangqiu Henan)to Hangzhou to visit the West Lake,and many friends came to gather,but the“Four Elders”are in doubt.According to the research on existing documents,and the approximate time of Zhao Gai’s sub-prefect of Haizhou and other local officals,the members of the“Four Elders”are Zhao Gai,Zhao Bian,Wu Tianchang and Wu Ping.
