摘 要:随着4G移动通信的普及,5G移动通信的来临,无线通信在水厂远程汲水遥控中广泛应用,但在基站信号覆盖较差的野外或草原等地域应用受到限制。以STM32为控制器,将NB-IoT与LoRa两种无线通信方式相结合,水厂通过上位机控制水源井水泵启停,监测水源井的出水压力和流量,水泵的三相电压、电流及有功功率。通过硬件及程序的设计提高了无线数据传输质量,降低了水源井遥控系统故障率。With the popularity of 4 G mobile communication and the advent of 5 G mobile communication, wireless communication is widely used in remote water pumping and remote control of water plants, but its application is limited in fields or grasslands with poor base station signal coverage. Using STM32 as the controller, combining NB-IoT with LoRa wireless communication, the water plant controls the start-up and stop of water source well pumps by upper computer, monitoring the output pressure and flow of water source well, as well as the three-phase voltage, current and active power of water pump. The design of hardware and program improves the quality of wireless data transmission and reduces the failure rate of remote control system of water source well.
