摘　　要：关于中国特色社会主义新时代的论断由党的十九大报告首次提出,党的二十大报告作了创新性的重大发展.对于中国特色社会主义新时代之时代性的审视要放眼国内和国际两个场域.就国内来说,完成“两个百年奋斗目标”,实现中国人民从站起来、富起来到强起来伟大飞跃的历史使命是新时代之时代性阐释的内容向度;中国社会主要矛盾发生转变是新时代之时代性阐释的内在根据;中国还处在社会主义初级阶段、还是发展中国家的定位是新时代之时代性阐释的历史空间.就国际来说,和平与发展仍是主题,但局部战争与军事冲突从未停止,以全球化为主导趋势但逆全球化思潮抬头,单边主义、保护主义明显上升,新一轮科技革命方兴末艾并带动产业变革重塑文明形态,是新时代之时代性阐释的国际时代背景.The conclusion of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics was first put forward by the report of the 19th CPC National Congress,and the report of the 20th CPC National Congress has made an innovative and significant development.To examine the epochal nature of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,we should look into both domestic and international fields.Domestically,fulfilling the“two centenary Goals”and realizing the great historical mission of the Chinese people to stand up,get rich and become strong is the content dimension of the interpretation of The Times in the new era.The transformation of the principal contradiction in Chinese society is the internal basis of the interpretation of the new era.The position that China is still in the primary stage of socialism and still a developing country is the historical space for the interpretation of The Times in the new era.In the international context,peace and development remain the main themes but local wars and military conflicts never stop.Globalization is the dominant trend but anti-globalization trend is on the rise,with unilateralism and protectionism being on the rise,and a new round of scientific and technological revolution is emerging and driving industrial transformation and reshaping civilization form,which is the international background of the interpretation of The Times in the new era.
