从要素融合看如何助推产业振兴——以济源花石村为例

摘　　要：在实现第二个百年奋斗目标的新征程上,接续推进脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接,是巩固全面脱贫成果,实现共同富裕的题中之意。然而两者不可能自发衔接,必须有产业发展作为基础和桥梁。要实现产业兴旺,必须利用好资本、人才、土地三要素,促进三者有机融合才能实现良性循环。济源花石村正是在找准产业的基础上,通过资本带动产业,人才服务产业,土地成就产业,促进了花石村滑雪场、儿童水上乐园等乡村旅游产业发展。花石村乡村旅游产业的发展为我们提供了以要素融合促进乡村产业振兴的成功案例,可为其他地区推动乡村振兴提供参考和借鉴。On the new journey to achieve the second centenary goal,the continuous promotion of poverty alleviation and the effective connection of rural revitalization is the meaning of consolidating the achievements of comprehensive poverty alleviation and realizing common prosperity.However,it is impossible for the two to connect spontaneously,and there must be industrial development as the foundation and bridge.To achieve industrial prosperity,it is necessary to make good use of the three elements of capital,talent and land,and promote the organic integration of the three to achieve a virtuous circle.Jiyuan Huashi Village is on the basis of identifying the industry,through the capital driving the industry,the talent service industry,the land making industry,and promote the development of rural tourism industries such as the Huashi Village Ski Resort and Children’s Water Park.The development of the rural tourism industry in Huashi Village offers a successful case of promoting the revitalization of rural industries through the integration of elements,and can provide reference and reference for other regions to promote rural revitalization.
