城市区域联勤灭火救援体系的构建措施

摘　　要：在当今的城市化进程发展中,随着城市的科技进步与人口密度增加,火灾隐患也逐渐增多。在这样的情况下,联勤灭火救援体系在火灾发生时起到的作用至关重要。基于此,该文对该体系的构建措施进行分析。该文首先对该体系构建进行了概述,包括其构建的意义、思路和主要问题;然后分析了其主要的构建策略,包括指挥体系构建、专业化力量体系构建、信息化预警体系构建以及规范化保障体系构建。希望通过该文的分析,可有效推动城市区域联勤灭火救援体系的合理构建,在城市火灾发生时能够充分发挥作用。In today’s urbanization process,with the technological progress of cities and the increase of population density,fire hazards are also gradually increasing.Under such circumstances,the joint service fire fighting and rescue system plays a vital role in the occurrence of a fire.Based on this,this paper analyzes the construction measures of the system.Firstly,the paper summarizes the construction of the system,including its significance,ideas and main problems;Then it analyzes the main construction strategies,including command system construction,professional force system construction,information early warning system construction and standardized security system construction.It is hoped that the analysis of this paper can effectively promote the rational construction of the urban regional joint fire fighting and rescue system,and can play a full role in urban fires.
