信息化背景下公共图书馆服务模式的优化策略分析

摘　　要：在信息化背景下,为了提高图书服务部门的工作能力,必须要积极地引入智能硬件,搭建信息共享平台。通过网络技术,读者可以在网上进行图书的阅读和借阅,同时还能确保重要信息的完整性,防止因外部原因造成的损坏和遗失。图书服务员要经常对数据库进行定期的检查,以确保图书资源的及时更新与完善,提高图书馆的服务水平。为了提高图书的利用率,同时提升图书服务工作的质量,需要加强对信息化发展背景的分析,通过对信息技术及网络技术的分析和掌握,不断创新服务模式,使图书馆资料种类变得更多,知识选择更加丰富。Information background refers to the social environment in which information technology develops and applies rapidly.In this case,all work becomes easier.In order to improve the working ability of the book service department,it is necessary to actively introduce intelligent hardware and build an information sharing platform,so that the staff of other departments can have a general understanding and grasp of the book inventory.Meanwhile,through network technology,books can be read and borrowed online to ensure the integrity of important information and prevent damage and loss due to external reasons.The librarian should regularly check the database to ensure the timely updating and improvement of the book resources and improve the service level of the library.Books and documents are important carriers and resources of information for people’s daily study and work.In order to improve the utilization rate of books and the quality of book services,it is necessary to strengthen the analysis of the background of information technology development,and constantly innovate the service mode through the analysis and mastery of information technology and network technology.In the process of implementation of the above work,employees of other departments can enjoy high-quality and convenient services,so that the types of available materials become more diverse and knowledge choices become richer.
