国医大师张磊教授从“血燥”论治儿童鹅掌风

摘　　要：鹅掌风在儿科临床治疗中一般病程迁延,反复发作,给患儿带来极大痛苦。张磊教授认为此病病机责之于血燥,以血热血燥证为基础,清热凉血润燥为基本治疗方法,在此基础上考虑多种致燥因素,应用犀角地黄汤随证加减,同时配合使用外治之法,燮理内外阴阳,效如桴鼓。Ezhangfeng(tinea manuum)is rare in pediatric clinic,and its course of disease is prolonged and occurs repeatedly,which brings great pain to children.Professor ZHANG Lei believes that the pathogenesis of this disease lies in blood dryness,which is based on the syndrome of blood heat and blood dryness,clearing heat and cooling blood and moistening dryness as the basic treatment.On this basis,considering a variety of dryness factors,the application of Xijiao Dihuang Decoction is added or subtracted with the syndrome.At the same time,the method of external treatment is used to regulate internal and external,yin and yang,and the effect is remarkable.
