摘  要:含锰金属电池由于能量密度高、放电性能稳定、工作温度范围宽、安全不易泄露等性质,被广泛应用于各类电子产品。但正是由于锰基正极材料的广泛应用,当大量含锰金属的废旧电池进入报废期,会产生各种固体废弃物。如不进行妥善处理和回收利用,将对资源造成极大浪费。基于此,对废旧锰基电池的回收利用的应用前景进行了分析,并着重对混合正极材料的回收流程进行了介绍。面对严峻的环境、资源、安全和经济问题,随着不同锰基正极材料在二次金属离子(锂、钠、锌和镁等)电池中的应用领域及回收利用的研究不断取得新进展,各种电极材料由于应用场景不同,废旧锂离子电池回收主要集中在正极材料,受限于预处理阶段对电池的分离和拆解,一旦解决电池回收预处理难题,不仅促进了循环经济的发展,而且推动了锰金属电池回收技术资源化利用和技术改进。废电池回收的意义重大,把废电池进行回收再利用,为实现资源循环与再利用提供了参考。Manganese-containing metal batteries are widely used in various electronic products because of their high energy density,stable discharge performance,wide operating temperature range,and safety and non-leakage properties.However,due to the wide application of manganese-based cathode materials,when a large number of used batteries containing manganese metal enter the end-of-life period,various solid wastes will be generated.If not properly treated and recycled,it will cause great waste of resources.Based on this,the application prospect of recycling of waste manganese based batteries is analyzed,and the recycling process of mixed cathode materials is introduced with emphasis.In the face of severe environmental,resource,safety and economic problems,as the research on the application fields and recycling of different manganese-based cathode materials in secondary metal ion(lithium,sodium,zinc and magnesium and so on)batteries continues to make new progress,various electrode materials due to different application scenarios,waste lithium-ion battery recycling mainly focuses on cathode materials,limited by the separation and disassembly of batteries in the pre-treatment stage,once the battery recycling pre-treatment challenges,It not only promotes the development of circular economy,but also promotes the resource utilization and technical improvement of manganese metal battery recycling technology.The significance of waste battery recycling is significant,and the recycling and reuse of waste batteries provides a reference for the realization of resource recycling and reuse.
