摘  要:为了对比分析不同种类城市生活垃圾焚烧发电对发电性能的影响,基于900 t/d垃圾焚烧炉与3种不同型号中温中压型蒸汽轮机,采用Aspen Plus搭建垃圾焚烧发电过程系统模型。在额定工况下,选取2种不同的城市生活垃圾作为燃料进行焚烧,对比了不同过量空气系数下的烟气温度,研究了2种燃料的发电情况;通过使用另外2种不同参数的蒸汽轮机,对比分析了发电情况。结果表明:热值高的城市生活垃圾提高了烟气温度与机组热效率。2种城市生活垃圾燃料的烟气温度相差了167.7℃;并使蒸汽轮机制动马力提升了58.6%,对蒸汽轮机制动马力有显著提升。过量空气系数的某一值会使烟气中的可燃成分占比骤降趋于0。改变蒸汽参数后会改变其制动马力。所选择的垃圾燃料对垃圾焚烧系统的发电效率具有显著影响,含水率越低、燃料热值越高效率越高;随着过量空气系数的增加,燃烧充分,但烟气温度逐渐降低;蒸汽轮机的蒸汽参数对发电机制动马力影响显著,最高会使制动马力下降10.63%。In order to compare and analyze the effects of different types of MSW incineration on power generation performance,a system model of waste incineration power generation process was constructed using Aspen Plus based on a900 t/d waste incinerator with 3 different types of medium-temperature and medium-pressure type steam turbines.Under the rated working conditions,2 different types of MSW were selected as fuels for incineration,and the flue gas temperatures under different excess air coefficients were compared to study the power generation of the 2 fuels;by using 2 other steam turbines with different parameters,the power generation was compared and analyzed.The results showed that the MSW with high calorific value increased the flue gas temperature and the thermal efficiency of the unit.The difference in flue gas temperature between the two MSW fuels was 167.7℃;and it increased the steam turbine brake horsepower by 58.6%,which had a significant improvement on the steam turbine brake horsepower.A certain value of the excess air coefficient causes the percentage of combustible components in the flue gas to plummet toward 0.Changing the steam parameters changes its brake horsepower.The waste fuel selected has a significant effect on the power generation efficiency of the waste incineration system,the lower the water content and the higher the fuel calorific value the higher the efficiency;as the excess air coefficient increases,the combustion is adequate,but the flue gas temperature gradually decreases;the steam parameters of the steam turbine have a significant effect on the generator brake horsepower,up to a 10.63%decrease in brake horsepower.
