摘 要:为适应江西省新型电力市场运营环境,充分认识新型电力市场营销的重要性和紧迫性,研究江西省电力市场历史变迁发展,分析电力市场多元化交易对企业利润的影响,解放发电企业对传统营销模式的固化思维,提出创新型营销管理的理念,完善发电企业电力市场营销体系建设,加强新型电力市场营销标准化管理,编制切实可行的电力市场营销建议,为发电企业积极应对电力市场运营规则提供指引,改变当下发电企业营销人员传统思想,解决发电企业电力生产与市场营销信息不对称、新型电力营销管理体制建设概念模糊、营销人才匮乏和营销策略缺失等现状,保障发电企业运营过程中的盈利目标和可预期的经济效益,维护发电企业合理收益。In order to adapt to the operation environment of new electric power market in Jiangxi province,and to fully understand the importance and urgency of new electric power marketing,this paper studies the historical changes and development of Jiangxi electric power market,analyzes the influence of diversified transactions in electric power market on the profits of enterprises,liberates the solidified thinking of power generation enterprises on the traditional marketing mode,and advances the concept of innovative marketing management,to improve the construction of power market marketing system for power generation enterprises,to strengthen the standardized management of new power market marketing,and to compile practical suggestions on power market marketing,to provide guidance for power generation enterprises to actively deal with the operation rules of power market,and to change the current traditional thinking of power generation enterprise marketing personnel,to address the Information asymmetry of electricity production and marketing in power generation companies,the vague concept of building a new power marketing management system,the shortage of marketing personnel and the lack of marketing strategies,ensure the profit target and economic benefit in the operation process of power generation enterprises,and maintain the reasonable income of power generation enterprises.
