摘　　要：本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+水为流动相,使用Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在254nm波长下对5%烯效唑可湿性粉剂进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为0.999 5,标准偏差为0.015,变异系数为0.29%,平均回收率为99.72%。该方法简便快捷,灵敏度、精密度和准确度高,适用于烯效唑可湿性粉剂的定量分析。A method was established for separation and quantitative analysis of 5% uniconazole wettable powder(WP) by HPLC,using methanol and ultrapure water as mobile phase, Zorbax SB-C18column and DAD at 254nm wavelength. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of 0.999 5,the standard deviation of 0.015,the coefficient of variation of 0.29%,and the average recovery of 99.72% was obtained. The method was simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate enough for the quantitative analysis of uniconazole wettable powder.
