综合医院平疫结合设计研究——以武汉市协和医院金银湖院区为例

摘　　要：2020年初,一场没有征兆的疫情突然席卷全球,一时间对全世界各国的公共卫生医疗体系造成了巨大的冲击。面对这场突如其来的公共卫生危机,我国部分医院出现医疗物资储备不足、医疗资源分配不均、医院传染病科室的治疗能力不足、医院平疫结合转换能力不足等问题。针对这些问题,文章以武汉市协和医院金银湖院区的设计为例,主要从功能、流线、配套设施三个方面来分析综合医院平时和疫时快速转换的设计策略,希望可以为未来新建的综合医院引入平疫结合的理念提供参考。At the beginning of 2020,an asymptomatic epidemic suddenly swept the world,causing a huge impact on the public health and medical system all over the world.In the face of this sudden public health crisis,some hospitals in China have some problems,such as insufficient medical material reserves,uneven distribution of medical resources,insufficient treatment capacity of hospital infectious disease departments,and insufficient transformation capacity of the combination of epidemic prevention and treatment.In view of these problems,taking the design of Jinyinhu hospital area of Wuhan Union Medical College Hospital as an example,this paper mainly analyzes the design strategy of rapid transformation between peacetime and epidemic time in general hospitals from three aspects:function,streamline and supporting facilities,hoping to provide reference for the introduction of the concept of combination of peacetime and epidemic in new general hospitals in the future.
