居住型口袋公园的边界问题及其设计策略探究——以首都功能核心区为例

摘　　要：首都功能核心区的口袋公园项目是城市更新背景下对消极街景空间的优化与再利用工作,也是城市精细化治理的典型空间载体。通过实证调研,客观揭示“边界”要素在居住型口袋公园项目的实际使用中存在的具体问题,并分别从回应外部环境、优化道路组织、增强入口便利和保障边界开敞四个方面提出相应的优化设计策略,为居住型口袋公园的合理建设提供可行的设计参考。The pocket park project in the functional core area of the capital is the optimization and reuse of negative streetscape space in the context of urban renewal,and is also a typical spatial carrier of urban refined governance.Through empirical research,this paper objectively reveals the specific problems existing in the actual use of"boundary"elements in the residential pocket park project,and proposes corresponding measures from four aspects:responding to the external environment,optimizing road organization,enhancing access convenience and ensuring the opening of the boundary.Optimize the design strategy to provide a feasible design reference for the reasonable construction of the residential pocket park.
