摘 要:以一对渐开线外啮合直齿圆柱齿轮为研究目标,建立了啮合线上的无量纲线性坐标,推导出了无量纲坐标下任意啮合点的齿轮最小油膜厚度计算公式。借助Matlab的数值分析功能,计算分析了多个齿轮传动参数对最小油膜厚度的影响,并绘制出相应的油膜厚度变化特性图。结果表明,增大模数、压力角、齿数比、齿宽和转速均能不同程度地增大最小油膜厚度,为提高齿轮副润滑性能和胶合承载能力提供了一定的理论依据。Taking a pair of involute external meshing spur gears as the research target,the dimensionless linear coordinates on the meshing line were established,and the formula for calculating the minimum oil film thickness of the gear at any meshing point under the dimensionless coordinates was derived.-With the help of the numerical analysis function of Matlab,the influence of multiple gear transmission parameters on the minimum oil film thickness is calculated and analyzed,and the corresponding oil film thickness change characteristic diagram was drawn.The results showed that the minimum oil film thickness can be increased by increasing the modulus,pressure Angle,tooth ratio,tooth width and speed,which provides a theoretical basis for improving the lubrication performance and gluing load capacity of gear pairs.
