摘　　要：河北省非物质文化遗产丰富,但是存在着保护意识不强、功利化开发利用,非遗项目不断流失、政府机构投入不足,专业人才短缺、保护和传播有效性不足等问题。因此,应加强多主体通力合作,加大对非遗的资金投入;广泛传播,注重挖掘非遗文化的特色和亮点;建立非遗数字化建档保护与利用体系。While Hebei province abounds with intangible cultural heritage,it is afflicted by problems,such as weak awareness of protection,profit-oriented utilization,abortion of relevant projects,inadequate efforts from the government,lack of professionals,and ineffective protection and publicity.To tackle these problems,it is necessary to strengthen the cooperation among multiple entities and increase the investment in intangible cultural heritage,to widely disseminate and highlight the characteristics of intangible cultural heritage,and to establish the protection and utilization system of intangible cultural heritage digital archives.
