铸铁焊条及焊丝国内外标准化现状研究

摘　　要：铸铁焊条及焊丝主要用于铸铁材料的焊接和修复。文中介绍了国内外铸铁焊条及焊丝标准体系现状,比对分析了各标准型号编制和主要技术要求间的差异。国内于2022年10月14日发布和实施了GB/T 10044—2022《铸铁焊条及焊丝》一项国家标准。及时跟踪和关注国外相关标准化情况,有利于国内标准化与国际接轨,提升焊材产品质量。Covered electrodes,wires,rods and tubular cored electrodes for fusion welding of cast iron are mainly used for welding and repairing of cast iron materials.This paper introduces the present status of the standard system of iron electrodes and wires at home and abroad,and compares and analyzes the differences between the standard types and the main technical requirements.GB/T 10044—2022《Covered electrodes,wires,rods and tubular cored electrodes for fusion welding of cast iron》was issued and implemented on October 14,2022.Timely tracking and paying attention to the relevant foreign standardization is conducive to bring Chinese welding consumables standards more in line with international standards and the improvement of the quality of welding consumables.
