摘  要:9%Cr马氏体耐热钢由于其优异的抗蠕变断裂性能,大量应用于火力发电汽轮机、锅炉及管道等设备的关键部位。C9MVW焊条及5Co1焊条是为匹配不同成分的母材,在9%Cr钢成分基础上分别添加适量的钨(W)元素及钴(Co)元素,以提高材料的抗高温蠕变性能及高温耐磨性能。两种焊条在全位置焊接时都具有良好的焊接性,且化学成分、力学性能及扩散氢含量均满足指标设计要求,高温持久强度经过专业机构测定均满足应用要求。Due to excellent properties of high temperature creep resistance,9%Cr martensitic steel is widely used in the key parts of thermal powder Turbine,Boiler and Facilities and etc..The electrodes of C9MVW and 5Co1 are added Tungsten and Cobalt respectively based on 9%Cr chemical composition to improve high temperature creep resistance and high temperature wear resistance.These two kinds of electrodes have good weldability in all-position welding,and chemical composition,mechanical properties and diffusible hydrogen content can meet the design requirements.The high temperature endurance strength is determined by professional institutions to meet the application requirements.
