摘 要:深水裸岩围堰施工工序复杂、危险性较大,难以主观判断方案的经济适用性。将层次分析法及熵理论引入价值工程,构建AHP-熵权-VE评价模型,客观选择最优方案。依托武汉市某项目跨河悬浇梁深水裸岩桩基围堰工程,选取4个指标构建功能指标体系,将层次分析法及熵权法相结合,确定各功能指标的综合权重;根据价值工程,依次计算4种围堰施工方案的功能指数及成本指数,最后得出4个方案的价值指数。先桩后围堰方案价值指数最高,为1.07,确定为最优方案,通过最终方案投票,先桩后围堰方案得票率最高,与综合评价保持良好的一致性。Deepwater bare rock cofferdam construction process is complicated and dangerous, and it is difficult to judge the economic applicability of the scheme subjectively. The hierarchical analysis method and entropy theory are introduced into value engineering, and AHP-entropy-VE evaluation model is constructed to objectively select the optimal solution. Based on a project of Wuhan with a deepwater bare rock pile cofferdam on a cross-river suspended beam, four indicators were selected to build a functional index system, and the comprehensive weight of each functional indicator was determined by combining hierarchical analysis and entropy method;according to the value engineering, the functional index and cost index of four cofferdam construction solutions were calculated in turn, and finally the value index of four solutions was derived. The value index of the first pile and then cofferdam scheme is the highest, which is 1.07, and is determined as the optimal scheme. Through the final scheme voting, the first pile and then cofferdam scheme has the highest vote rate, which keeps good consistency with the comprehensive evaluation.
