预制楼板在国内外的应用现状

摘　　要：为了推进预制楼板的发展和应用,回顾了国内外近20年预制楼板的应用现状,总结了预制双T板和预应力空心板在国内外的应用和发展情况,得出的结论为:预制楼板主要选用双T板和预应力空心板,二者适用范围不同;目前预制楼板主要应用于7度以下地区,在高烈度地震区的应用受到较大限制;预制楼板的研究主要集中在力学性能和抗震设计上,目前国外对于预制楼板的研究和应用远多于国内。The application status of prefabricated floor slabs in the past 20 years at home and abroad is reviewed and the application and development of prefabricated double-T slabs and prestressed hollow concrete slabs at home and abroad are summarized in order to promote the development and application of prefabricated slabs,which has drawn the conclusions that:prefabricated floor slabs mainly select and use double-T slabs and prestressed hollow concrete slabs,of which the application scopes are different;at present,the prefabricated floor is mainly used in areas where the temperature is below 7 degrees,and is greatly restricted to be applied in high-intensity earthquake areas;the researches on prefabricated floor slabs mainly focus on the mechanical property and seismic design,and the researches and applications of prefabricated floor slabs in foreign countries are far more than those in China.
