摘　　要：作为新时代新闻舆论工作的根本遵循,习近平总书记关于“网络群众路线”的话语凝练,源自马克思主义新闻观的内涵式发展、中国共产党新闻实践的历史淬炼以及回应时代诉求的精确研判,构成了群众路线继承性和发展性的历史话语空间。“以人民为中心”的认知框架、中华文化“民本”特色的情感框架、治国理政功能指向的目标框架,彰显了以人民情怀和治国之道链接的情理话语空间。新闻舆论工作群众路线的平台融合创新、话语修辞创新、主体协同模式创新,指向了协同和融合构建的实践话语空间。As the fundamental principle of journalism and public opinion work in the new era,President Xi Jinping’s sublimed discourse on the“Internet mass line”stems from the intensive development of Marxist view of journalism,the historical refinement of the Communist Party of China’s journalistic practice,and the precise research and judgment in response to the demands of the times.It forms a historical discourse space for the inheritance and development of the mass line.The“people-centered”cognitive framework,the emotional framework with“people-oriented”characteristics of Chinese culture,and the target framework directed to the functions of national governance demonstrate the rational discourse space maintained by people’s spirit and national governance approach.The platform integration innovation,discourse rhetoric innovation,and subject collaboration mode innovation of the mass line of journalism and public opinion work lead to a practical discourse space constructed through collaboration and integration.
