不同栽培管理模式对百香果果实品质的影响

摘　　要：以一年一植的‘福建百香果3号’百香果为试材,采用垂帘式栽培模式,比较不同留果数和追肥处理对果实品质的影响,并使用主成分分析法进行综合评价。结果表明,垂帘式栽培中,控制二级蔓的留果数量、末梢打顶并辅助追肥,有利于提高百香果的纵横径、单果重、可食率、可溶性糖含量和糖酸比,降低可滴定酸含量;与对照相比,处理1(留果1个+追肥1次)的单果重提高20.57%、可食率提高16.42%、可溶性糖含量和糖酸比都有显著增加;关联分析表明,各处理的百香果果实品质综合得分从高到低依次为0.2623(留果1个+追肥1次)、0.2311(留果2个+追肥2次)、0.2099(对照)。综上所述,处理1(留果1个+追肥1次)的管理方式效果优于处理2(留果2个+追肥2次)。Passion fruit ’Fujianbaixiangguo No. 3’, which is planted once a year, was used as the test material under the cultivation mode of falling-curtain type to compare effects of different fruit loads and topdressing fertilizer on fruit quality and comprehensive evaluation of fruit qualities was conducted by principal component analysis.The resulted showed that the control of the number of secondary vines in the falling curtain planting, topping and supplementary fertilizer were all beneficial to improve the longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter, single fruit weight, edible rate, soluble sugar content, ratio of sugar to titratable acid of passion fruit. Compared with the control, treatment 1(One remaining fruit and topdressing fertilizer once) increased the single fruit weight by 20.57%, and the edible rate by 16.42%, improved significantly the soluble sugar content and ratio of sugar to titratable acid. Correlation analysis showed that the comprehensive score of passion fruit quality under different treatments was 0.2623(One remaining fruit and topdressing fertilizer once), followed by 0.2311(Two remaining fruit and topdressing fertilizer twice), and 0.2099(CK). To sum up, the management effect of treatment 1(One remaining fruit and topdressing fertilizer once)is better than that of treatment 2(Two remaining fruit and topdressing fertilizer twice).
