‘六月红’早熟芋品种提纯比较试验

摘　　要：对永定区仙师镇种植的‘六月红’早熟芋田块开展全面调查,发现兰岗村、大岭村2个种植户的芋品种纯度一致且较高,对它们进行单株选择、建立系谱等品种提纯操作,随之再与农户未提纯自留种开展对比试验,结果表明:提纯株的叶片生长速度比自留种快0.2~0.3叶,总叶片数比自留种少0.1~0.14叶;提早2~3 d收获;平均单株子芋个数8.27~8.40个,比自留种少1.00~1.13个,减少10.64%~12.02%;平均单株子芋重0.63~0.65 kg,比自留种重0.02%~0.04 kg,增长3.28%~6.56%;667 m^(2)产量1830.40~1892.80 kg,比自留种多366.67~443.66 kg,增长26.32%~30.62%。经提纯的单株具备比较纯正的品种特征特性,通过再次提纯扩繁后,能够替代已退化的‘六月红’早熟芋品种,达到品种更新复壮的目标。A comprehensive investigation on early-maturity taro‘Liuyuehong’was carried out in Xianshi Town,Yongding District.It was found that it had uniform and high purity planted by two growers in Lan’gang Village and Daling village.The cultivar planted by these two growers was purified through single line selection and constructing a pedigree and then a comparative test was carried out with the unpurified captive seed taros of farmers.The results showed that:growth rate of leaves per purified plant was faster than that of captive seed taros of farmers by 0.2~0.3 leaves while the total number of leaves was 0.1~0.14 leaves less than that of captive seed taros of farmers;the harvest period was2~3 days earlier and the average number of seed taros per plant was 8.27~8.40,which was 1.00~1.13 less than the captive seed taros with a decrease of 10.64%~12.02%;the average weight of seed taros per plant was 0.63~0.65 kg,which was 0.02~0.04 kg higher than that of captive seed taros with an increase of 3.28%~6.56%;the yield per 667 m^(2)was 1830.40~1892.80 kg,with an increase of 366.67~443.66kg or 26.32%~30.62%compared with the yield per 667 m2of captive seed taros.Purified taro lines have the typical characteristics of‘Liuyuehong’.After purification and propagation twice,they can replace the degraded early-maturity taro‘Liuyuehong’and achieves the goal of variety renewal and rejuvenation.
