不同PGR处理对百日草、黄波斯菊和柳叶马鞭草穴盘苗生长的影响

摘　　要：为筛选促使百日草、黄波斯菊和柳叶马鞭草穴盘苗矮化的适宜的植物生长调节刘(PGR)种类及浓度,以‘天才’百日草、‘宇光’黄波斯菊和‘诀窍’柳叶马鞭草为试验材料,对比喷施丁酰肼、矮壮素、多效唑和甲哌鎓等4种PGR,结合观察对百日草、黄波斯菊和柳叶马鞭草穴盘苗的生长影响。结果表明,4种不同PGR各3种不同浓度处理对百日草、黄波斯菊和柳叶马鞭草穴盘苗生长均有矮化效果,其中以百日草和柳叶马鞭草喷施2次20 mg·L^(-1)多效唑、黄波斯菊喷施2次10~20 mg·L^(-1)多效唑的矮化效果最好,均能使穴盘苗的株高控制在3.5~5.0 cm、茎粗大于等于0.15 cm、子叶节间距短,为百日草、黄波斯菊和柳叶马鞭草的工厂标准化育苗提供技术参考。To screen suitable PGR types and concentrations for dwarfing plug seedlings of Zinnia elegans,Cosmos sulphureus and Verbena bonariensis,four PGRs,including daminozide,chlormequat chloride,paclobutrazole and mepiquat chloride,were sprayed and the effects of PGRs on the growth of Zinnia elegans,Cosmos sulphureus and Verbena bonariensis seedlings were observed.The results showed that three different concentrations of each of the four different PGR treatments had dwarfed effect on Zinnia elegans,Cosmos sulphureus and Verbena bonariensis plug seedling growth.They showed best dwarfed effects when 20 mg·L^(-1)paclobutrazole was sprayed twice on Zinnia elegans and Verbena bonariensis,10-20 mg·L^(-1)paclobutrazole was sprayed twice on Cosmos sulphureus,showing plant height of seedlings to 3.5-5.0 cm,stem diameter greater than or equal to 0.15 cm,short cotyledon node spacing.It could provide technical references for the standardized and industrialized seedling raising of Zinnia elegans,Cosmos sulphureus and Verbena bonariensis.
