滋阴泻火方治疗青春期男性乳房发育的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨滋阴泻火方治疗青春期男性乳房发育的临床效果。方法选取2019年4月至2021年5月江西省儿童医院收治的61例青春期乳房发育男性患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(31例)与中药组(30例)。对照组采用常规健康指导干预,中药组在对照组基础上采用滋阴泻火方治疗。比较两组患者治疗3个月的临床指标、临床疗效和中医证候积分,性激素指标[促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)和雌二醇(E2)],X线检查骨龄[△骨龄(BA)/△实际年龄(CA)]。结果中药组患者治疗后乳腺肿块结节直径小于对照组,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组患者治疗后中医证候积分均低于本组治疗前,且各证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组的临床疗效率为96.67%,高于对照组的58.06%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后的LH和FSH比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),中药组治疗后的E2和△BA/△CA均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滋阴泻火方治疗青春期男性乳房发育的疗效明显,可改善患儿性激素水平并缓解乳房进一步发育,且安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical effects of Ziyin Xiehuo Decoction in the treatment of pubertal gynecomastia.Methods A total of 61 male patients with pubertal breast development admitted to Jiangxi Children's Hospital from April 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(31 cases)and traditional Chinese medicine group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine health guidance intervention while the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Ziyin Xiehuo Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical indicators,clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,sex hormone indexes[luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)],bone age[△bone age(BA)/△actual age(CA)]were compared between the two groups after 3 months of treatment.Results After treatment,the diameter of breast mass nodules in traditional Chinese medicine group was smaller than that in control group,and visual analogue scale(VAS)score was lower than that in control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores after treatment in traditional Chinese medicine group were all lower than those before treatment,and all syndrome scores were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy rate of TCM group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of control group(58.06%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistical significances in LH and FSH between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),while E2 and△BA/△CA in the Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion Ziyin Xiehuo Decoction has an obvious efficacy in the treatment of pubertal gynecomastia,and it can improve the levels of sex hormones and relieve further breast development,and it has high safety and can be widely u
