中药浸泡联合哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗足癣继发下肢丹毒的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察中药浸泡联合哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗足癣继发下肢丹毒的临床效果。方法选取2019年5月至2021年5月三明市第二医院脉管科收治的80例足癣继发下肢丹毒患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各40例。观察组患者采用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠静脉滴注治疗,下肢红肿痛处及足部浸泡杀虫止痒、清热燥湿中药,2次/d。对照组患者采用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠静脉滴注治疗,下肢红肿痛处予乳酸依沙吖啶湿敷,足部外涂联苯苄唑乳膏。比较两组患者治疗1个疗程后的治疗效果、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果观察组临床治疗效果优于对照组,不良反应发生率及复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中药浸泡联合哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗能够明显提高足癣继发下肢丹毒的治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率及复发率,值得在临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine immersion combined with Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium in the treatment of erysipelas of lower limbs secondary to tinea pedis.Methods A total of 80 patients with erysipelas of lower limbs secondary to tinea pedis admitted to Department of Pulse Pipe,the Second Hospital of Sanming City from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as research objects,they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with intravenous infusion of Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium,and soaked the red,swollen and painful parts of lower limbs and feet with insecticidal,antipruritic,heat clearing and dampness drying herbs,twice a day.Patients in the control group were treated with intravenous infusion of Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium,apply Ethacridine Lactate wet compress to the inflamed and painful part of the lower limb,and apply Bifonazole cream on the feet.Compare the treatment effect,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the two groups after 1 course of treatment.Results The clinical treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine immersion combined with Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium treatment can significantly improved the treatment effect of erysipelas of lower limbs secondary to tinea pedis and reduced the incidence of adverse effects and recurrence rate,it is worthy of the clinical promotion.
