摘　　要：为了缓解日益严峻的公交安全风险问题,建设一个全面的智慧安全综合管控平台是非常必要的。本文提出了搭建一个公交安全综合管控平台建设方案,通过借助新兴的人工智能、物联网、通信、数据挖掘等技术,对公交企业构建集安全预防、安全监控、安全档案、安全应急、安全决策为一体的管理体系提出了具体的指导措施。实践结果表明,采用该方案建设的安全综合管控平台能够稳步提升公交企业安全运营水平,全面消除安全隐患,确保公交运营平稳有序。In order to alleviate the increasingly severe public transport safety risk problem,it is very necessary to build an entire Intelligent Bus Safety Comprehensive Management and Control Platform.This paper proposes a construction plan for building a safety comprehensive management and control platform.With the help of emerging artificial intelligence,Internet of Things,communication,data mining and other technologies,specific guidance measures are proposed for public transport enterprises to build a management system that integrates safety prevention,safety monitoring,safety archives,safety emergency and safety decision-making.The practice results show that the safety integrated management and control platform constructed by this scheme can steadily improve the safety operation level of public transport enterprises,comprehensively eliminate the potential safety hazards,and ensure the stable and orderly public transport operation.
