摘　　要：为了及时展示实训室排课信息、快速洞察数据背后的实训室管理问题,有必要设计一个能清晰传达实训室排课数据的可视化仪表板。本文提出了一个实训室排课数据仪表板的设计与展示方案,利用Excel直观的界面和丰富的计算功能,对实训室排课数据进行有效的挖掘与处理,运用多种图表工具和PPT演示功能实现排课数据仪表板的呈现。实际的运作结果表明,采用此方案设计的实训室排课数据仪表板有利于管理者有效推动解决实训室教学管理问题,提升了实训室管理效能。In order to timely display the training room scheduling information and quickly insight into the training room management problems behind the data,it is necessary to design a visual dashboard that can clearly convey the training room scheduling data.This paper proposes a design and display scheme for the data dashboard of course scheduling in the training room.With the intuitive interface and rich computing functions of Excel,the data of course scheduling in the training room is effectively mined and processed,and a variety of chart tools and PPT demonstration functions are used to achieve the presentation of the data dashboard of course scheduling.The actual operation results show that the data dashboard of course scheduling in the training room designed with this scheme is helpful for managers to effectively promote the solution of teaching management problems in the training room and improve the management efficiency of the training room.
