摘 要:贵金属饰品市场常出现掺假黄金侵犯消费者权益事件,实验室常用X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)检测饰品元素含量,但此法对于表面覆盖层较厚的样品存在局限性。本文利用超声显微镜对银镀金和铜镀金样品进行测试,得到超声衰减系数与表面镀层厚度间的关系曲线,能够实现对镀层样品厚度的定量分析,在无损前提下得到贵金属样品内部信息,对于未来珠宝检测行业具有重要指导意义。The precious metal jewelry market often has adulterated gold infringing consumer rights and interests.X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF)is commonly used in laboratories to detect jewelry element content.However,this method has limitations for samples with thicker surface coatings.Acoustic microscopic was used to test gold-plated silver and gold-plated copper samples.The samples are tested to obtain the relationship curve between the ultrasonic attenuation coefficient and the surface coating thickness,which can realize the quantitative analysis of the thickness of the coating samples,and obtain the internal information of the precious metal coated jewelry non-destructive samples,which could widely be used for the jewelry testing industry.
