摘  要:陆地生态系统碳监测卫星是中国首颗高精度监测陆地生态系统碳储量、森林资源和森林生产力的林业遥感卫星。卫星以主被动相结合的测量方式,探测陆地生态系统植被生物量、植被生产力,支撑陆地生态系统的资源调查和碳储量核算,服务国家“碳达峰、碳中和”战略和全国重要生态系统保护和修复重大工程监测评价等工作,同时探测大气气溶胶,服务于大气环境监测。文章介绍了卫星的任务需求和有效载荷配置及其技术指标,阐述了卫星主要工作模式和定标模式,展示了卫星的初期运行和在轨测试进展。The terrestrial ecosystem carbon Inventory satellite is the first forestry remote sensing satellite in China to monitor the terrestrial ecosystem carbon storage, forest resources and forest productivity with high accuracy. The satellite measures the vegetation biomass and productivity of the terrestrial ecosystem by combining active and passive measurements, supports the resource survey and carbon stock accounting of the terrestrial ecosystem, serves the national "carbon peak, carbon neutral" strategy and the monitoring and evaluation of major national ecosystem protection and restoration projects, and also detects atmospheric aerosols to serve the atmospheric environment monitoring. This paper introduces the mission requirements, payload configuration and technical specification of the satellite, expounds the main working modes and calibration modes of the satellite, and show the initial operation and in oribit test progress of the satellite.
